By accessing or using the Summer Wave Water Park website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Ticket Bookings

All ticket bookings are subject to availability. Tickets are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled visit date, subject to park capacity.

3. Park Rules & Safety

Visitors must adhere to all park safety regulations and instructions provided by staff. Summer Wave reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who violates safety rules or behaves inappropriately.

4. Limitation of Liability

Summer Wave Water Park is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that occurs on park premises, except where required by law.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
